- Profile and KYC details — father’s name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar number and profile photograph, when you provide them.
- Loan details — loan type, amount, duration and documents or responses you submit.
- Technical data — a hashed IP address and cookies required to keep you signed in securely.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your loan enquiry and prepare your loan file.
- To share your application with Banks, NBFCs and other financers you choose to apply with.
- To show the status of your application on your dashboard and send related email updates.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with applicable law and RBI guidelines.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with lending partners and service providers involved in processing your loan, or when required by law.
Security
Passcodes are stored as one-way hashes, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and access to applicant data is restricted to authorised staff. Never share your passcode with anyone — our team will never ask for it.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile from your dashboard. To correct, block or delete your account or data, contact us using the details in the footer.
